Returns PolicyFaulty / Damaged Goods
If you have received your item and it deems to be damaged or faulty please notify us in writing immediately. If your item is damaged or has parts missing, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order, failure to do so will mean we will not be able to deal with any returns or refunds. We strongly recommend that you carefully check your order on receipt, and if possible, prior to removing from any packaging. Please note we will not be able to consider any claims for damaged goods if the part or parts have been fitted or used. If your item is faulty or damaged, we will request that you return to us for inspection and testing. Please return to us using standard 2nd class Royal Mail and retain your proof of postage, we will refund this cost to you however should you return your item by any other method, we will not be responsible for ay additional cost.
Should you require a replacement part urgently then we suggest you purchase the required part again which will be processed as normal, then proceed to return the damaged/faulty part, once this is received we will process the return (subject to authorisation).
Incorrectly Supplied Items
Should the item you receive not match our description, or if we have supplied you with the incorrect part please contact us in writing within 48 hours of receipt. We will ask you to return the item to us prior to us sending a replacement. Please return to us using standard 2nd class Royal Mail and retain your proof of postage, we will refund this cost to you however should you return your item by any other method, we will not be responsible for any additional cost. Once we are in receipt of the return, we will exchange or refund.
14 Day Money Back Guarantee (DSR)
All orders come with a 14-day money back guarantee in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, which allows all customers to inspect the goods in the same way as if you were to purchase from a shop. If you decide that after your purchase and receipt of your order you no longer want or require the products you must contact us in writing within 14 days of the purchase date. It will be your responsibility to ensure goods reach us in perfect condition, un-opened and in the original packaging. We suggest you send to us by a registered method of post, this will be at your expense and we will not be responsible for this cost or any returns that may not reach us. Should you not return the item in the same condition as to what you received it then you will not be entitled to a full refund under the 14-day money back guarantee and you will be refunded under the standard returns policy (detailed below).
Standard Returns Policy (After 14 Days From Purchase)
We do accept returns (up to a maximum of 30 days from the purchase date) on the condition that the item is unused and in the original packaging. If an item is returned under this policy, you, the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. The item price will also incur a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. If you decide that after your purchase and receipt of your order you no longer want or require the products you must contact us in writing within 30 days of the purchase date to be entitled to a refund. It will be your responsibility to ensure goods reach us in perfect condition, un-opened in the original packaging. We suggest you send to us by a registered method of post, this will be at your expense and we will not be responsible for this cost or any returns that may not reach us.
Refunds for OEM parts (Hyosung/Kymco) will be subject to a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund along with the return postage cost incurred to send the goods back to the supplier.
PLEASE NOTE, WE ONLY OFFER A REFUND ON ANY ELECTRICAL ITEM WITHIN 14 DAYS AND THE SEALED PACKAGE MUST STILL BE INTACT. We do not supply electrical components for testing purposes.
