The BGM PRO clutch cover is the professional solution for mounting a modern CNC clutch quickly and easily. The cover has been fundamentally redesigned and is optimized in terms of both the inner diameter and the installation depth.
ULTRALUBE
A unique feature of the BGM PRO clutch cover is the integrated oil guide for lubricating the release bearing. If a standard clutch cover is modified by turning/milling to make it suitable for a CNC clutch, the standard oil guide for lubricating the release bearing is often removed in the process. With the BGM PRO cover, there is space for every type of clutch and the release bearing (separating mushroom and pressure plate) is still perfectly lubricated. The cover is therefore the perfect addition for all BGM PRO Ultralube clutches, but is of course also an advantage for any other clutch type.

BGM8293S / BGM8293B Vespa Largeframemodels (1958-1962)
Vespa VBA1T, VNA2T, VBB1T, VNB1T-VNB3T, VGLA1T, VGLB1TThe engine housings of the first Vespa Largeframe models have a flatter design from the distance between the sealing surface of the clutch cover to the bearing seat of the crankshaft. It is becoming increasingly difficult to find spare parts for the early design of the flat clutches of these engines and the clutches are often overtaxed by even a small increase in power. The BGM Pro clutch cover for these engines is significantly higher than the standard design. It allows the use of the so-called PX/Cosa clutch types without further modifications and also the reinforced CNC versions. This means that these engines can be easily converted to modern and stable clutch technology. The standard thin (1.5mm) washer is still used.
BGM8294S / BGM8294B Vespa Largeframemodels (1962-2016)
Vespa PX, T5 125cc, Cosa, Rally, Sprint, VNB4T-VNB6T, VBB2T, VNC1T, VLA1T, VBC1T, VNL2T, VNL3TAll modern CNC-manufactured Vespa PX clutches can be used with the BGM Pro clutch cover. The contour of the clutch cover is adapted to the solid design of the CNC clutches and offers sufficient space for reinforced clutches without any further modifications. By adapting the contour of this clutch cover, it is possible to ensure the oil supply for the separating mushroom or the bearing of the pressure plate. The use of a classic PX clutch with a 6- or 7-spring design is still guaranteed.
