The Hi Speed fixed half pulley improves the transmission performance thanks to the 214mm diameter, which is 5 mm bigger than the original. This increase allows for a faster acceleration since it improves the belt excursion however to achieve this improvement the fixed half pulley must be always matched to the 214mm Polini mobile half-pulley.
The central bush is made of steel milled from a block, casehardened, chromed and lapped for the maximum sliding.
