Tecnigas E-Nox Offroad steel exhaust system for geared 50cc bikes is a great alternative to the other E-Nox exhausts being much cheaper due to not being stainless or chrome coated. As its not coated it allows you to easily paint with black heat protective lacquer.

Supplied as shown with black anodized muffler and work to full capacity between 7000-10500 RPM. Ideal for tuned 50cc and 70cc engines however is restricted at the manifold.

Highly recommend products. As it says as soon as you hit 7500 rpm it`s like hitting turbo, this allows for fast acceleration and quick gear changes. I use this exhaust system with a 77cc kit on my cpi sm 50. If you are using a similar set up with a performance exhaust and performance cylinder then you will definitely need to buy a bigger carb and Jets as the bike with starve of fuel and when you hit around 30mph the bike with start to die. Also a performance airfilter would also be a good idea to gain that extra power from the set up.

My cpi with 77cc kit tecnigas exhaust, new carb and airfilter does around 70mph

This makes the bike very fun to ride. Also I`m 17stone and 6ft 5 and it will do 70mph never mind someone a lot more aerodynamic.

Very powerful, it`s like hitting turbo as soon as you hit 7500 allows for very quick accleration. As soon I fitted it with my 77cc kit it added 15mph as it allows full revs in 6th gear.

If you are using it with a 70cc kit I would highly recommend ether upjetting your carb or buying a bigger one as the engine will starve of fuel, as I found out very shortly after fitting it. Performance air filter also recommended.

I ride a cpi sm 50 with the 77cc kit, exhaust, carb and air filter it is very powerful and will hit around 70mph.

Highly recommend this exhaust system.
