LOADABLE
Extremely loadable swingarm bearing axle from BGM PRO. The swingarm bearing axle is the only link between steering tube and front swingarm/wheel.
Especially the modern engine concepts with their possible high performance as well as tighter chassis put a lot of stress on the fork kinematics. Piaggio has provided for this reason a grease nipple for the regular relubrication of this highly stressed point. Experience shows that this regular rotation (every 2000km) is rarely observed. As a result, the axles available on the market run in quickly. Often these are also not dimensionally accurate and / or made of unsuitable material.
MADE IN GERMANY
In order to deliver the best quality component available on the market, the BGM PRO axle is manufactured in Germany according to specifications. Only the very best material is used (1.4112 / X90CrMoV18). This has a high tensile strength, great hardness and corrosion resistance as well as wear resistance. Thus the BGM PRO axle represents a durable solution.

In order to provide a sustainable solution as well as the best quality component available on the market, this axle is manufactured in Germany according to BGM PRO specifications. Only the very best material is used (1.4112 / X90CrMoV18). This has a high tensile strength, great hardness and corrosion resistance as well as wear resistance.
QUALITY
In addition, the axle is plasma nitrided. This ensures an extremely long service life of the bearing points. It can thus survive a lack of lubrication much better than the original part.
The axle has a very high surface quality (fine turned) and was manufactured exactly according to Piaggio dimensions.
Replaces 1:1 the original component (no longer available from Piaggio).
