Airsal Xtreme cylinder “light” version with 47.6mm bore, together with 45mm Airsal crank yield a capacity of 80cc without having to work the cases. Vertex piston is identical with that from the 88cc version. 47.6cc instead of 50cc bore = 80cc without machining. The difference to the 77cc racing is in the torque thanks to the 45mm stroke. Cylinder should be run with the relevant racing exhaust, and a 21mm carburetor should be run as standard. Great value for money and up there with Malossi and Co.
